Canoe and Kayak Trips

Includes canoe or kayak, shuttle, life jackets and paddles.
Our canoes have 2 seats.
   Our kayaks are one person sit-on-top or sit in


Trip 1 will be the only trip offered

1. Lindsey Bridge to Dan River Campground  7.4 miles/3 hours
2. 704 to Dan River Campground 4.5 miles/2 hours
 
 1. $50 per canoe $30 per kayak
2. $50 per canoe $30 per kayak


Must be within the weight limits of each canoe (600 lbs) or kayak (varies).
You may bring your dogs in canoes only (not tubing) they must be on a leash at the Campground and during the  shuttle.


Tube Trips
Includes tube and shuttle

(Float time varies depending on current river conditions, which means the time of the trip is longer as the river levels go down.  In order to get all tubers picked up in a timely fashion, you will need to plan on floating straight through to the pick up point.  Ask for current float time when you make your reservation.)

We do not have an all day tube trip.  The trip will last from 2 to 4 hours at which time the rental is over.
We do not shuttle your inflatables.  No exceptions.
                        
This is a 2.5 mile stretch of river, running from Lindsey Bridge to 704 Bridge.

tubing trip: 
$12 per person

Certain church, youth, and scout groups may qualify for a discount.

Always plan to  bring your trash back with you including cigarette butts and please leave glass containers and styrofoam coolers at home.

Shuttle for your own boat:

To Lindsay Bridge  -  $15 per boat with up to 2 people
There is a $45 minimum which is waived if you travel with a scheduled trip.
